Our Services

Orbit offer a comprehensive service, which can include helping you choose the right service and tariff for your needs, completing application forms, ordering equipment and taking delivery of the kit. 

We can also act as a liaison with the suppliers up to the point of installation, commisioning and activation.

A system can be up and working within 2 weeks of receipt by the supplier acknowledging receipt of your order.

Our service includes the installation of the dish, cabling, router and modem and the activation of the account.

Additional services such as the supply of extra equipment, (eg a wall bracket, or router), configuring your PC or Mac, setting up a WiFi system etc needs to be discussed, and agreed, in advance as additional IT support may be necessary.
